Again, here are our floor plans....
with a few minor changes from here.
This is somewhat close to our colour choices
Front door will be this style but dark in colour

Its a bad pic, it is actually quite dark! And the carpet choice was limited so we just went with something close to what we were after!
Our floor tiles will be the same internal and external ( patio and terrazza)!
Here are our bathroom choice
The white tile will be the wall tile in both of the bathrooms! And the small charcoal tile will be on the floor in both bathrooms!
This is the feature tile that will be in the shower niches, in both showers!
Our internal walls will be stonebridge.
Our kitchen splashback will be glass, the colour is trendy. (Black)
It matches our black glass 950l LG fridge!
This tile will be a feature wall in each bathroom!

The vanities we are getting! We are having the same black benchtop, same basin, same full width mirror, and the same three cupboards - no drawers, we realised too late, so will get some made up after handover!
The disgusting shower head, bath spout and taps. I was told at our colours appointment that most people are really delighted to get these! These will be one of the first things to be replaced! The upgrade price is just ridiculous, I refuse to pay anymore upgrades
The 900mm gas cooktop and electric underbench oven! No more crumbs and spills down the side of the oven.

The gross sink and mixer tap and water filter. Again - Im not paying overpriced upgrades on something we can do later!

Below is the carpet choice we made with Choices Flooring. It's called enforcer Dark Ash. It's a lovely match to our charcoal tiles.
